Comienza la 1ª Bienal Internacional FOTONOVIEMBRE, proyecto de MIGUEL CEROLO, Carlos Schuartz es el restaurador de LA RECOVA, será esta la sala para las presentaciones de las Artes Plásticas en CANARIAS.
A destacar que la piedra blanca del interior fue extraida del valle de San Andres, y transportada a Santa Cruz por el Mar
